Please take a moment to read through the different versions of services F.L.A.C. Consultant Corp. has to offer.

Once a determination is made on the type of services needed follow the instructions below.

- FLAC Initial Audit Application

- FLAC Service Agreement

- FLAC Submission Form

Please read, complete and sign the Service Agreement required by F.L.A.C. Consultant Corp. to be able to run any services offered. Please return the completed getting started documents so our Document Checklist can be sent for organizing the needed documents for services being requested.

Before accepting any loan documents for audit F.L.A.C. Consultant Corp. requires to have on file all documents within the Getting Started Zip file above to be completed and processed. Payments will be collected after services are rendered and at moment of delivery. Payment plans are available. Please contact us to review what options would be applicable depending on the type of services being requested.

- Free consultations are available for preliminary evaluation of individual situations.

- Free presentations are available for local businesses in the South Florida area.

- Meetings are by appointment only.

When all documents are obtained and ready for submission please send them via email in the form of a .pdf document to the following email address after completion of the getting started .zip file: service@flacconsultant.com.
